A French horror film written and directed by Julia Ducournau, Raw stars Garance Marillier as a lifelong vegetarian who develops a disturbing taste for raw meat after participating in a hazing ritual on her first day at veterinary school.

The film received nominations for the Queer Palm, Golden Camera, Critics Week Grand Prize, and took home the Fipresci Prize at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival.
