Written and directed by Steven Knight, Locke stars Tom Hardy as a family man and successful construction manager who finds his career jeopardized by an affair with a coworker. On a two-hour drive from his construction site in Birmingham to London, where his coworker has just gone into labor, Locke makes 36 phone calls to try and minimize the damage.

Hardy won Best Actor at the Los Angeles Film Critics Association Awards and Steven Knight won a British Independent Film Award for Best Screenplay.
